Viva Greer's Bio

Vivian grew up with Lake Sydney Lanier in her back yard. Summers were full of Lake adventures and with the near by North Georgia mountains hiking and exploring all that Georgia has to offer has been a part of her daily life. She is an accomplished mother of 4 beautiful children with a passion for organizing and total home transformations. This is the driving passion that gives her the ability to organize a home or office space to reveal a room or entire home/business and showing it’s true potential as a living space or work space to provide optimal output. She has been a licensed real estate agent for over 15 years. Her Real Estate experience is combined with a deep rooted family history of business ownership and a rich entrepreneurial spirit allowing her to have experience in not only Residential, but commercial real estate. Whether it’s getting a property ready to be put on the market or for it’s new owners, She thrives on tackling each project as if it were her own.
